About us

North Devon+ is a new organisation and heralds a new approach to economic development, community and social regeneration. North Devon+ is based on partnership; partnership between the Local Authorities and the Private sector, partnership between itself and other organisations with the same goals, and most importantly a partnership between itself and the people of North Devon to achieve its Vision.

North Devon+ will be a company limited by guarantee and led by the Private sector. Any profits generated will be used to further economic development. Its Board will be made up from representatives from both the Public and Private sector. It will be a flexible, action-orientated, results driven organisation. It will be inclusive, have a culture based on innovation and working together, and a determination to make things happen. North Devon+ will work closely with the two District Councils to inform and communicate Planning Policy and to open and facilitate successful relationships between the authorities and applicants.
